Appellant Smith appeals from denial of his Motion to Set Aside a Summary Judgment entered upon Appellee Youngs Complaint to Enforce a Foreign Judgment. Young had earlier obtained a judgment of divorce in California. The California decree ordered Smith, the then husband of Young, to pay $1,000.00 to Young representing a contribution toward community debts totalling in excess of $3,000.00, attorney fees of $250.00, and costs of $40.50. Youngs Indiana law suit was for the purpose of reducing to an Indiana judgment that portion of the California decree ordering payment of the $1290.50 total.
